What can Inboxo help with?

Inboxo takes care of the whole outreach routine: it warms up new mailboxes, sends your first email and up to two follow-ups on a schedule, and collects every reply in one inbox where you can label and answer it.

Can I use my existing email accounts?

Yes. Inboxo works with any mailbox that supports SMTP and IMAP — Google Workspace, Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Spacemail, Hostinger and most others. Emails go out from your own accounts, so replies come straight back to you.

How does the mailbox warm-up work?

For at least 15 days your connected mailboxes exchange a small, slowly growing number of natural emails with each other. Inboxo moves any that land in spam back to the inbox and replies to them, so inbox providers learn to trust your new addresses before a campaign starts.

Does a campaign stop when someone replies?

Yes. As soon as a contact replies, their sequence stops automatically and the reply shows up in your Inbox, ready to label as interested, not now or anything you like.
